For us, this often starts with the careful selection of a location for a building. Further on in the process, we carry out meticulous analysis, studies and reports on the urban planning in order to establish an optimal planning foundation for legal aspects.
We then produce designs for the urban development for our clients, along with concept studies, master plans and plans outlining the use of space and structural development. In doing so, we take into account not only economic, ecological, design and technical aspects, but also social factors. After all, anyone wanting to create resilient city structures will have to take all of society’s actors into account. Urban planning is all about mastering complexity.
