Our design for the 13-story tower offers the ideal environment for modern workplaces with a high feelgood factor thanks to the greened facade and the rounded shape of the floors. The building takes its name from the canyon-like indentation that runs across the entire area of the façade. Moreover, the curved double frontage of the building appears almost transparent thanks to being glazed throughout, which lends the canyon a certain lightness despite its tremendous size. Not only will the 35,000 square meters of space house offices and studios for young artists, but also a shopping arcade with various restaurants in the podium. As the lower floors will be open to the public, this invites people to linger and will help bring greater vibrancy to the CBD’s urban space. One special highlight of the building, in addition to the extraordinary greening of the façade, is the staggered roof terrace. It provides an extraordinary place to spend time and offers the ideal environment for holding an open-air meeting or savoring an after-work drink with a view over the district.
